ctalldog Posted March 16, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 16, 2006 We sent in a reservation form for the Antigua Paddles tour two days ago... How long did it take someone to contact you? I guess I'll have to break down and call over there... Anyone know how much it costs to call there? thanks
Martin and Lindsey Posted March 16, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 16, 2006 I've heard that sometimes there is trouble with their website. Is that how you tried to make contact? I've emailed them, and got a speedy reply. Their e-mail address is : labarrielc@candw.ag Hope this helps :)
ctalldog Posted March 16, 2006 Author #3 Share Posted March 16, 2006 That's the email I used - twice.... I just faxed in a reservation.... I guess my next move is to call. Is this an omen - trying to tell me not to book with these people?
danfiveoh Posted March 17, 2006 #4 Share Posted March 17, 2006 I e-mailed them at labarrielc@candw.ag and had a reply the following day. I did end up calling them because I didn't want to send credit card info by e-mail. Cost me 19 cents a minute and took only a couple of minutes. I have Vonage VOIP though so it is much cheaper to call than with traditional phone service. Check with your provider, it really shouldn't cost you more that a couple dollars to call.
