Trying to contact Antigua Paddles - help

We sent in a reservation form for the Antigua Paddles tour two days ago... How long did it take someone to contact you? I guess I'll have to break down and call over there... Anyone know how much it costs to call there?

I've heard that sometimes there is trouble with their website. Is that how you tried to make contact? I've emailed them, and got a speedy reply. Their e-mail address is :

That's the email I used - twice....

 

I just faxed in a reservation.... I guess my next move is to call.

 

Is this an omen - trying to tell me not to book with these people?

I e-mailed them at labarrielc@candw.ag and had a reply the following day. I did end up calling them because I didn't want to send credit card info by e-mail. Cost me 19 cents a minute and took only a couple of minutes. I have Vonage VOIP though so it is much cheaper to call than with traditional phone service. Check with your provider, it really shouldn't cost you more that a couple dollars to call.
