Linked Cabins and booking shore excursions

We have 2 cabins that are supposedly linked, but when i go to book shore excursions, i can only see the two people in the cabin im logged into.  On RCL and I think NCL, when our cabins were linked, i was able to pick all of the people in the linked cabins for shore excursions and pay for them all at once.  Is that possible with Princess?  I dont want to waste my time trying to explain what im trying to do with customer service if its not a thing on princess.

As far as "linking" goes...this only applies to dining reservations.  You cannot book an excursion for another cabin.

Log in with your booking number, book same time. Pay

Log in with their booking number, book same time. Pay

When you go to the meeting place for the excursion, just all go together. That way if there are multiple buses, you can tell them there are x number of people in your party and they will be sure to get you on the bus together. Just be sure to book the same times if there are multiple times available when doing the booking of the excursion.
