Hwy 146 to Galveston?

 Can anyone update me on the construction and traffic on hwy.146 near Seabrook? I will be traveling to Galveston the first week of November for a harmony cruise. Hwy 146 would be the shortest route from my home. Is it possible that the construction will be completed by then?

Following your thread.  We will be traveling Hwy 146 in November also. I was not aware of construction in the area.  We drove this route in April and did not have any construction delays.

It will not be finished and will not be a problem traveling  HW146 to Galveston unless special circumstance .
