Have any of you stayed at this Norfolk hotel pre-cruise and what were your impressions?

I have not stayed there but I have attended a wedding and eaten there.  Nice hotel, great location to walk to cruise terminal. But if rolling suitcases I would recommend walking on the paved path along Waterside park versus brick path along the river.  But either way short lovely walk to cruise!

There are several nice hotels within walking distance to the terminal, but I would recommend checking out the Glasslight and Hilton Main. They are newer and more updated. The Main has lots of really good restaurants including a rooftop bar.
