and yes Walter my wife loved the Sakura New Zealand Lamb chops - in fact she liked all of the lamb chops around the ship except the French ones at Marble which needed a little more cooking to render the fat off (which they didn’t do when she had them) - but they weren’t as tender as the others 

 

Can’t beat the presentation of those Sakura chops

Loved the video  and the smoke flavor on the Sakura lamb was unique and delightful discussing the food on the EJ makes me want to come back. We have a cruise ob the new Vista in January and wonder how the food will hold a candle to EJ. The plus side it will

Anyone have the in-suite dining menus? Cannot find them anywhere! Looking to see the difference between insuite dining at the different levels...

I see no difference between the ocean terrace and penthouse menus.

Not the best quality but this is a penthouse menu which as I recall was identical to an OT 

 

My favourite is the tuna poke bowl
