Rough Seas

Going on cruise in 2 weeks I know the Atlantic is getting active I’ve been on cruises in the past during tropical storms with some rough seas and it didn’t bother us. Question is is there one medication better than another one. How do you take it

Motion sickness and medicines to fight it are very much an individual thing.  The degree of somebody being susceptible to motion sickness is different for each of us.  Similarly, for those that are susceptible, what works varies for each.  There really isn't any one answer to your question but I'm sure you'll get plenty of answers about what worked for others.
