Lack of picture/videos/reviews of new menu items

Below are pictures of the 4 night cruise menus with food pictures. In total there are about 22 pictures of misc. appetizers, entrees, and desserts.

Heres a question. I'm looking over these menus and have noticed something that I'm not exactly happy about. Am I safe to assume that the dijas(rare finds) are no longer on the menu? I see frog legs on there but worked into the new menu. Not happy because that was one of our favorite things to do on our cruise was get those crazy items😂.
