Quebec City Embarkation

Has anyone started their cruise in Quebec City and used a Cruise/Park Hotel package? (similar to Fly/Park, or extended parking)  

 

There seem to be a few  hotels offering extended parking out by the airport  but I read its at least an hour to the cruise terminal by public transportation ( I realize there are other options like taxi, uber etc) 

 

If I drove to Quebec City to catch a cruise  I would probably want to arrive the night before (which means hotel)  so it would be convenient and probably less expensive to do the extended parking than a hotel and then driving to the parking area near the cruise terminal (for a 7 day cruise would be $140, plus the hotel) 

 

On the other hand, it might work out to a similar cost without the added hour bus ride to the cruise terminal.  Which is why I'm asking if anyone has any experience with this park/cruise type of arrangments.
