Hi All - Sailing on the Vista in couple of weeks with group of 8.  I don't recall but I believe there is usually a formal night, white night, tropical night (not sure about htis one).  Any recent travelers can tell me what they had for dress nights?

You literally can wear whatever you want. I've seen ranges from tuxes and evening gowns to shorts and flip flops.

We're in-between, I usually wear slacks with a button down shirt and my wife will wear a nice summer dress.

It depends on your itinerary.  I'm ALMOST positive that every cruise has at least one. I vaguely remember my 7 day having two. I believe they're typically on sea days.

Thanks. My question wasn't clear sorry. I know there's formal night and how to dress. My question was more of what about the non formal nights. I recall a night to wear white and another to wear tropical i think?  Looking to see what has been the latest so i can plan accordingly.

Ok, non formal nights, Carnival hasn't really done anything special. The only thing they did was have the staff dress up and dance and tried to get you to dance with them on 1 night.

On my last cruise, they were so under staffed that they really didn't have time to do theme nights.

Hi @Littleclover🙂

Yes, there's a 'White Night' and an '80's Night'. Even a 'Silent Night' as well.

I'll drop a link below from a 7-night Vista Fun Times for you to look over. Have a wonderful sailing!
