Is there a shuttle from the parking lots to the terminal ? Are there stairs to climb once in the terminal?

Assuming you are using the port parking garage and not an off-site lot, they are attached to the terminal.  You just walk from your car, to an elevator or escalator then walk to the entrance of the terminal. Its very easy and convenient.
