Caesar’s Diamond Discount?

The Caesar’s rewards web site has a reference to a discount program for NCL, Oceania and RSSC cruises, with Caesar’s Diamond members qualifying for a 10% discount on Oceania and Regent cruises.  Does anyone know anything about this?  Thanks

Wow!  Didn't know this was available!  Already have my Regent's and Oceania cruises booked for next couple of years, but will certainly watch for this for future cruises!

I've just used my 20% 7* discount on a 20 night Copenhagen to Amsterdam on the Navigator. Booked it with my TA as Regent was unaware of the program. 

I've booked a Nov 4 14 night Istanbul to Barcelona. I've also have a Dec 28th round trip Capetown and a connecting cruise Capetown to Rio that also includes 3 nights in Rio. 

All 3 cruises are on the Voyager and I travel solo.

Is the discount comparable with other offers like on board savings, society savings 2 cat upgrades?  I assume it applies to cruise portion not the air.

Has anyone been able to talk with someone about receiving the 20% discount as a 7 stars member

 

on a regent cruise ship.  We need the number to call to book a cruise on regent.
