What is the Wellness Check?

Just did our check-in through the App including answering the health questions.  Now it says we must set an appointment for a "wellness check".  Can someone tell me what that is?  Thanks

The goal of the questionnaire is to ensure that all passengers are healthy. Royal Caribbean wants to reduce the risk of contagious viruses spreading onboard and ruining the trip for guests! If you forget to fill it out, you will be asked the questions in person by an agent upon arrival at the cruise terminal.

Just ignore setting the appointment.

Most are reporting that it is some sort of glitch from Royals IT group.
