Diamond Princess - Has anyone experienced any hiccups during disembarkation?

Has anyone that sailed Diamond Princess in Japan experienced any problems with the timing of disembarkation?  Arriving at Yokohama late, the ship clearing late, customs taking a long time, etc.?

 

I'm trying to time our flight home from Haneda and I know that the Japanese are extremely efficient but want to make sure I'm not cutting it too close.  We'd do self-carry for our luggage, just trying to get a feel for the general flow.

I had plenty of time to get to Narita.  Ship arrived on time.  Took the transfer and got to the airport by 11 AM.  Flight back to LAX was at 5 PM.  What time are you looking for?  

 

Disembarkation was easy.  Did have to go through customs.  No clear line....mass of people.  You have to claim your luggage before customs.  Check in at the airport had some long lines (not for us) at Narita.  You have to clear security.  

 

It is difficult to predict if the Diamond will encounter any unexpected delays.  If you are doing a international flight, give yourself some room to breathe.
