Splendor responds to distress call

Splendor has slowed down and altered her course to assist a half cabin cruiser .

Not a call was a signal , man waving both arms over his head . Thought it was a good idea at the time he was drifting around in the shipping lanes.  We passed two container ships .....

So, false alarm? Looks like the ship is back at speed & course.

We , Splendor , cruised over to dead in water halfcabin was there 5min then they started both outboards and headed round ship and back towards the coast . Probably to a welcoming party at the boat ramp .
