Dog Sledding in Juneau question

We are planning our first Alaskan Cruise next July.  This might be a silly question, but will there be snow on any of the Glaciers in July?  Also, I found that the different helicopter companies travel to different Glaciers.  Norris, Mendenhall and Herbert.  Which on do you recommend?
