Yakult at breakfast. Also yoghurts. Think cranberry juice also available at breakfast. Not sure about peppermint tea, but there was a big selection of herbal tea bags at the self service stations, so peppermint, probably yes.

Bottled water for excursions is available as you leave the ship (even for those going ashore independently). All included in the fare.

Loads of peppermint tea sachets at virtually all the drink stations. We even ask them to put a supply in our cabin.
