Specialty dining on Emerald?

Can someone please tell me which specialty restaurants are currently open on the Emerald? Is there an Alfredos? Any info would be appreciated.

No Alfredo’s. You will have a Crown Grill and a Sabatini’s. For casual a Salty Dog Gastropub and maybe a pop up loke Crab Shack. You can always look at the deck plans to find out where these things are

Emerald Princess also has Plank(ribs, etc) and Steamers (seafood) open about every 3rd night rotating at the back of the buffet. They are $14.99 pp and if you have “plus” one of your casual dining credits can be used for them.
