Gift Certificate Policy Link

Does anyone have the link with the entire Celebrity Gift Certificate program terms and conditions. I had an issue today that I had to clear up myself. My T/A was told the Certificates could not used for taxes/fees. I knew that was wrong because I had used them before. i had to call Celebrity to get it taken care of. My agent I don't think wanted to do the work. That's another story. I need a copy of the policy to pass on the my agents in the future.
