Barbados overnight before return home

We are looking at a Caribbean fly cruise on Britannia having previously always sailed from Southampton.

 

When you choose to have the extra night in Barbados at the end of the cruise, are we right to assume this is on the ship?  Also, on the departure day, how much time is there between having to vacate the cabin and being transferred back to the airport and what options are you given around entertainment, what can you do on board, final day tours, etc.

Yes on board the ship for the night as normal

 

Ours was Friday night so we actually  decided to go to Oistins Fish Fry which is legendary on Friday night's  and brilliant

 

Seem to remember we had breakfast and at least 90 mins sunbathing before we left the ship late Saturday morning

 

Have to check out your cabins by 8.30am ish though

We have chosen to stay in Barbados at the end of our 2 week cruise thinking we would have got used to the time.difference then and could enjoy it more. We have an excursion booked for the day before and may book a speciality restaurant for our last night celebration

You can hire a day room too.  We booked the beach club, day on the beach, shower change there and direct to airport.
