Celebrity Android App - Reminders?

Are we supposed to get reminders pushed to us ahead of events on my calendar?

If Outlook did not give me reminders I'd miss 90% of my meetings.

 

Day-1 here on the Equinoix I missed an event because I assumed I would get a reminder.

 

Did I miss a setup option or is this a missing feature?

Not sure but we use android and got reminders for anything we added to the calendar on the APP. All I did was download the APP . There are settings which I have checked and even if communications off reminders still come.

 You do need to close APP and reopen often though as they update things and this is the only way to keep it up to date
