We just returned from Santiago and used Patricio Manriquez.  WhatsApp +569 6603 5963

He was recommended to us by Mauricio Escobar, the Guide recommended above, when he was not personally available.  Patricio was a great driver, with a clean, large vehicle.  Patricio is working to improve his English, but we had no problem communicating. He was very personable and provided us with an all day tour starting in Valparaiso in the morning and ending at our hotel in Santiago in the evening.  He was flexible and provided a tour that met our needs.  We have no hesitation recommending him.  He lives in Santiago and does tours from the city as well as Valparaiso and Vina del Mar.
