Carnival website glitch??

For some time now, every time when I search cruises, see one I want to see what rooms are available, etc and I click on 'book now" I have been getting an error message in a red bar that says "We could not process your request. Please try again or call us at 1-800-764-7419". Anyone else experiencing the same?

Still happening - been happening for months. It's aggravating - I'll be watching a particular sailing (many dozen cabins still open), then I get the red/error message. I'll go back later in the day or a couple days later, and it's working again. Then, let's say, later that afternoon --- POOF again.

 

Obviously, Carnival has cut their IT budget (even more!) owing to their financial straights...

Still happening. I get casino offers and when I try to book I get the red error. Tried on 2 different computers with different browsers, and 2 different android devices (cell and tablet). Get the same red error on all 4 until the offer disappears. So frustrating. 

If they're trying to limit the number of guests that can accept the offer then they shouldn't sent it out to more then they are willing to accept. 😬

Perhaps they could run live online auctions... and all of the potential cruisers can BID against each other for the best offers... LOL

Keep checking back, if the person who is holding the cabin in their cart never checks out after some time (maybe 30 minutes or so) it'll go back to being available again.
