lukydog Posted September 28, 2023 #1 Share Posted September 28, 2023 For some time now, every time when I search cruises, see one I want to see what rooms are available, etc and I click on 'book now" I have been getting an error message in a red bar that says "We could not process your request. It's aggravating - I'll be watching a particular sailing (many dozen cabins still open), then I get the red/error message. I'll go back later in the day or a couple days later, and it's working again. Then, let's say, later that afternoon --- POOF again. Tried on 2 different computers with different browsers, and 2 different android devices (cell and tablet). Get the same red error on all 4 until the offer disappears. So frustrating.
