Which of these ports are best for sailaway views?

Hello,

 

We are going to be on Nieuw Statendam for a New Year's Eve cruise at the end of this year. We depart most of the ports at 5pm but we have early dining so are likely to miss out on sailaway views. But we are going to do specialty dining on a couple of nights later in the evening and see it as an opportunity to enjoy the sailaway.  We thought we would choose the evenings for specialty dining based on which ports have the best sailaway views.  Can you help me choose which ports/evenings?

 

Philipsburg, Sint Maarten 12/30 Saturday

Castries, Saint Lucia 1/1 Monday

Roseau, Dominica 1/2 Tuesday

Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis 1/3 Wednesday

St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. 1/4 Thursday
