Email address for Neptune concierge

I tried searching unsuccessfully but recall someone posting in the recent months the address to reach the Neptune concierge on a particular ship directly. I believe it was to help someone who left an item behind. Now that I need that info I can’t locate it. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

If you call HAL and ask for the email of the ship coordinator for your sailing, they will likely have the address for you. They're the ones who coordinate communication with the shop.

Like Bryan / POA1 said! That's the best way to go! The Neptune concierges have standing orders not to give out their email address to guests/passengers since it's for internal use only
