Evening return flight - what happens in between disembarkation and flight?

Its either that or book an excursion and pay out for that. Hate the hanging about bit when you're out of your cabin and watching everyone else turn up 😞

We have only been on one P&O Caribbean fly cruise, and that was when Arcadia was the biggest ship in the fleet. However we did not feel to be hanging about, we sunbathed in the morning, had a leisurely lunch and by mid afternoon our transfer to the airport was called. It all felt quite civilised.
