More Expensive Cruising In Spain?

We were on an Enchanted Mediterranean cruise this past summer, but our 2 week B2B ended in Barcelona so we didn’t purchase any food or drinks that morning.

I wonder, however, how does this apply to separate land tours?

Boy, I must have been really having a great time, cruising all over Spain in March, because I didn’t notice any extra charges OB our cruise.

On land, we had excursions and always expect VAT’s and fees when on land.
