Have any of you gone to Queens Beach and if so did you take a taxi there and is it a short distance from the cruise port

Should it prove difficult to reach, there are beaches actually in the town itself which may be worth considering for ease of access.  I expect you already have, but if not, try googling something like "Zadar beaches"

Sorry, I forgot to mention that taking a taxi there, wherever "there " is, might work well,but you need to be certain of getting back to the ship so you ideally need the option of another form of transport should there not be taxis near the beach you plan to visit, or an arranged one not appear,although you could always phone for one if you have taxi tel numbers on your phone., When cruising a Plan B is always good to have.

Thanks.  I think we’ll pass on the beach.  I’m sure we’ll find interesting things to do and see.  I do appreciate your help and thoughts.

There is still the option of a beach within the town itself.

Yes. That’s always a consideration and we just lied to that given enough time.
