Anyone else having problems booking specialist restaurants on Explorer November 2023?

We usually book them when on board but thought we would save time by doing it at home prior to the cruise. Very strange timings offered and whilst it says there are 4 restaurants to book, you only get offered 2 - the Surf and Turf and the Kora La. Tried ringing TUI about it but they couldn’t help.

We had the same issue when we travelled on the Discovery in March and Voyager in September. We booked Surf and Turf and Kora La prior to the cruise as they were the only ones available at that time. When we got on board the others opened up for booking, not sure why they don’t do this in advance of the cruise but there was still plenty availability so I don’t think you’ll miss out 🤞🏻
