Overall: bleh. Would not cruise Vista again.

Were the beignets on the main dining room menu at sea day brunch?

Yes, they were on the menu for an upcharge.  It's been so long I don't remember what they were charging, but we were able to have them reversed after a bit of effort. 0/10 do not recommend.

 

They were not even close to the ones we were served at Emeril's on Mardi Gras.

Thanks for the info. I had them on celebration a few weeks ago, they were delicious

On the beignets topic my son agreed they did taste the same on the Sunshine as what we had on the Mardi Gras. He had no desire to order then again, yet he had then every day on the Mardi Gras.
