Uploaded Security Photo

Having an issue uploading my wife’s photo, the app says “It’s unable to save the photo, try again later”.  Been trying all day, several attempts resulted in the same message.  Any idea folks?  Thanks!

The app can sometimes be a bit wonky. Have you tried using the web portal instead of the app?

Not a big deal. Twice I have uploaded photos for security and security on the ship took another. They are very particular about the security ones

Same error, Their IT Systems leaves a lot to be desired, time the chat!

It's no big deal, we've been on a few medallion cruise's, they'll most likely retake it when you get on the ship anyway. They always retake ours every time.

Apparently not needed.  We've never uploaded one, we have a cruise next month and are in the Green Lane without it.

I guess you'll have to try again tomorrow. Worst case, they take it at embarkation as already mentioned.

There’s no need to bother, they’ll do it at check in.

Also, it told me that and then I tried to do a different one and the first one was there anyway!
