So I ate at the buffet tonight.  There is a themed night every night.  Now, I've eaten at A LOT of buffets over the years.  I've been to many in Vegas, Indian Casinos at home and even those like Old Country Buffet and local Chinese buffets.  And tonight had to be one of the best buffets I've ever had.  The seasoning and flavoring was incredible for buffet food.  The variety was good and the German selections were top notch.  And the food was really good quality.  Good Job Princess!  This was definitely not on the cheap -- which so many buffets can be.  I've attached the schedule of buffet themes.

I know we had a flier in our cabin listing this at the beginning of our cruise.  But this board is also on the board as entering the buffet area from the midship entrance.  If I recall, is on the start board side but don’t quote me on that.
Not the menu but the board itself may change after the first day.  I think I’ve seen it list the items available during that day vs the entire week.
