7 Mile Beach - Grand Cayman

I am on the Beyond at Christmas and the first stop is in George Town Grand Cayman - i am considering going to 7 Mile Beach for a while - I am travelling on my own so am wondering what the setup is on the beach - i have done a google search and there does not seem to be any lockers - and while i will not be bringing any valuables i am just wondering how safe my things would be when i go for a swim 

does anyone have any experience on this

Take an excursion with the ship to the local spot. Sit next to someone on your trip. We did fine. Gonna olive the beach and coral if you snorkel.

This thread will probably be moved to the Grand Cayman thread, but what we do is bring an anti-theft locking bag and tie it to the chair, to put our phone and stuff in. We figure that if we spot someone running away with our lounge chair, we probably have time to run out of the water and chase it down. 😄 

 

(Also, we're on your cruise - if we spot an Irish lady on the beach, we'll sit next to you and watch your stuff..lol)
