MIA airport rental car center to port...

Can you get a shuttle/taxi/uber to the cruise port DIRECTLY from the Rental Car Center.  Or do you have to go to a terminal to get one.

We are dropping a car off there...

The car rental companies do not offer shuttle services between MIA's car rental center and PortMiami. 

 

If you are using a commercial shuttle company, they usually pickup and drop off at the passenger terminals. Taxis and s like Uber may be available at the car rental center.

 

You may find it advantageous to drop your luggage at either the cruise port or the main terminal prior to dropping off your car.

Uber, Lyft and a cab are readily available at the Miami International Airport Rental Car Center. Free shuttle service from the Rental Car Center to the Port of Miami were discontinued at the beginning of the Covid Pandemic and never returned.
