Tasting menus at Le Voyage and Eden

I booked Le Voyage and Eden for my upcoming Ascent cruise, but now when I go to the app I see they both have times for tastings that are the same times as the dinner, is there a way to switch to have tasting in advance or is that something I can do on the ship or am I just out of luck? 
 

I tried to search, but nothing seems be addressing this question on mobile.

It should just be another option you decide when ordering.
