Enrichment Programs

Is anyone aware of a cruise line that offers chef enrichment programs; i.e. a program/seminar for those interested in becomeing a chef? :confused:

I've not heard of anything like that, but I know that Crystal has many food and wine festivals on their cruises where guest chefs come on board and give classes and demonstrations via Crystal's Creative Learning Insititute.

Kitty9 ~~ Thank you, I'm going to look into this. My daughter wants to be a chef and I'm looking into fun and exciting learning experiences. We love crusing so this program would be an added value. Thank you again for your feedback. :D

I don't know about any ship offering a class, but in the process of doing homework for an upcoming cruise I did find a town in Italy that offers cooking with chefs. Maybe an in depth look at your ports of call will turn something up!

There is something called CLassic Journeys which I think also offer culinary tours in Europe which might be worth looking into.

RSSC offer the le Cordon Bleu class on some of their cruise.
