HAL ROTTERDAM..... AVOID DECK 4

We are currently on the Rotterdam on deck 4 towards the aft.  We never heard any noice.  We love the 4th deck towards the aft on HAL ships.  We spend the most time on decks 2 or 3.  Other than going to the gym we rarely use the lido deck.  This 14 day cruise, we only used the elevator around 4 times total, so it is convenient for us.  We didn’t have a bad meal the whole cruise.  The PG is my least favorite signature restaurant, but we had a good meal this cruise, although the clothesline bacon was a bit chewy
