How to Request MD Restaurants with Assigned Seating

Hi...we'll be on Celebrity Beyond in May and have requested a late sitting (8:30pm) for our meals (we are a group of 6).

From what I can find online, it says that we will be assigned one of the MD for our meals and can eat in one of the other MD's upon request.  

We definitely want to try all the MD so when and how do we request this switch?  We want to stick to our 8:30 time slot so don't want to just show up because a group of 6 isn't as easy to seat as a 2 or 4 people....that's why we purposely chose the 8:30 assigned seating time.  Thanks for your help.

You can’t really have it both ways. Just show up (all 6 of you) at one of the 4 dining rooms when you’re ready for dinner. You may have a wait, you may not.

E class ships don’t work like other ships. You just go to any of the four dining rooms any night, at any time. No reservations needed.
