Anyone currently sailing on Odyssey

Have friends sailing Odyssey and curious what's going on...haven't heard any updates. I see they diverted to Labadee today but cruise mapper currently has them now sailing east away from FL? They are due in Port Everglades Sun but seeing their current heading wondering if they already made a decision to stay out at sea till this storm passes.

Marine Traffic is now currently showing Odyssey as heading to Puerto Plata with an ETA of 22:15.....maybe a medical emergency?

I am currently on Independence heading to Labadee tomorrow. The seas have been very rough the last two days. Fortunately rough seas don’t bother me, but I have lost count of how many passengers have gotten sick on this cruise so far (there are barf bags located everywhere on the ship). .

Currently on Odyssey. They needed to go to Puerta Plata as someone had a medical issue. I dont know what the issue was. 

 

The person was tendered ashore where apparently there was a helicopter waiting for an evacuation.
