star/passport question

first, i'm wondering if anyone who is booked on the 4/18 star would be interested in meeting up for cocktails sometime during the cruise? my hubby and i are going by ourselves.

also, i'm getting mixed answers about a passport. i have one, but its in a former name, so i'm not sure if i should take it and also the name change documents, or if i should not bother, or if i should quick attempt to get it updated somehow. if its not necessary, i wont bother.

thanks!!

Passport's aren't required if you are Canadian or American, but they are "strongly" suggested (it speeds up immigration immensly). Birth Cert & DL work until the end of this year, then you will need a passport.
