Private Excursions Are Filled! Any Suggestions

We are a group of 11, and I tried to book online tour that would include Drakes Seat, mountaintop, Magen’s Bay, etc.. Everything I looked at was filled. Would we be able to find an operator at the pier that would be willing to take us? Does anyone have a name of a guide that might be available?

Plenty of taxi tours will be available at the pier and they hold 15 or so people so it won't be a problem.
