Champagne with SSBV

Looking for info on cost for champagne on Viking Sky, we’re leaving Feb 15 from Sydney.  We have the SSBV and it includes any drinks up to $18 but champagne is not included.  Huh.  Will they charge the difference between the $18 and actual cost or bill us full cost for a flute of bubbly.

We are about to buy the SSBP for our February cruise.  This is the sparkling wine menu shown on MVJ.  At least one champagne under $18 by the glass.  And we’ve had it and liked it.

On our Scenic Scandinavian curse in June  2023, they also had CAVA on wine list at the Aquavit Bar. I was so very happy. I love CAVA more than Champagne. Usually , I  bring a bottle on board but not this time.

 I always had a  glass late afternoon when we met with friends after a day of excursions.

On an Alaskan cruise in August, they had Jaquart Brute by the glass that qualified for the SS package. I made sure to get my money's worth of that!

Same on the River Cruises this year too.
