St John - Cinnamon Bay

An alternative to Trunk Bay, but water can sometimes be rough(er). No lifeguard. Free entry. Taxi was$11 for me vs $9 to Trunk. Taxi stopped at Trunk on the way, and so many vehicles! No parking in lot. Parking on road had quite a few cars.

Nice picnic area off from the Raintree Cafe which closes at 9:30 but reopens for dinner. Food truck open for lunch and snackd.

Trunk Bay was packed, I bet, it's that time of year. Especially around the holidays.

This is where bringing your own beer in a softsided cooler is key.
