Gym and Serene Suite Day Pass - Quest

Happy New Year!

 

Has anyone experienced the Serene Suite on the Quest? From the description, it sounds like there are Thermal Suites (Sauna?) and a thermal pool. Is the day pass worth it?

 

Also, does anyone know what machines they have in the gym? Is there a rower?

There is a Concept2 Model E erg on board.  I have used them on the Quest as well as the other Seabourn ships.
