When do the Fun Shops open?

Is there a specific time frame after sailaway that the Fun Shops open? (Since there isn't any "You are now entering international waters" sign . . .)

 

Boarding the Jubilee on Saturday and I would love to snag one of the inaugural season jackets.

It should be listed in the Hub app, but basically it will be as soon as the ship gets in international waters. The Fun Times from the inaugural had the Carnival Store with an opening time of 6:00 PM.
