Flying Dutchman/Sentry Hill Zip Line/Rockland Estate on Your Own

Jerry and I will be there March 28. We did Captain Bob's Speedboat tour several weeks ago and was wondering about doing the Flying Dutchman,etc. on our own. It is only about 5 km from the port, and I was wondering if anyone has done this. RCCL does not have an excursion there. I don't know how crowded it will be, as we are on Vision of the Seas, and there is only one other ship in port then, Viking Sea. Other private tours do not pick up at the port, and I don't want to have to worry about getting transportation there by a certain time. So we thought we could do it on our own schedule, if one does not need advance reservations. Any experiences/thoughts/suggestions greatly appreciated. TIA.
