cruiserj12 Posted January 9 #1 Share Posted January 9 We are sailing in a couple of weeks on Regal Princess out of Galveston and we are in a full suite. It says you get priority embarkation. What does this mean in Galveston? From what I've seen others post, there are only two line options Green and Blue. Is there a separate line? We've cruise suite class on Celebrity and it is a completely separate line, but this was out of Ft. Lauderdale. Any info would be helpful and thanks in advance! Rare Rick&Jeannie Posted January 9 #2 Share Posted January 9 Only 2 lines...Green & Blue. If you get to the port early and they are not boarding, I *believe* they may have an elite lounge waiting area...but don't hold me to that! I may be thinking of a different port. memoak Posted January 9 #3 Share Posted January 9 Priority boarding only applies if you check in prior to the beginning of boarding. You would then be escorted to a separate room and when boarding starts you will be among the first once boarding starts it makes no difference. Pre medallion when everyone had to pick up cruise cards there was a separate line for elite/suite but I have not seen this since the restart
Rare bethfelk Posted January 10 #4 Share Posted January 10 Just got off Regal in Galveston, and I did not see any kind of special lines for anything (suite, platinum, or accessibility) in the outside part. They just had everyone waiting in one long line. Then when you get inside it splits into Green, Blue, and Accessibility lanes but I still did not see anything about suites. The outside part was all run by port of Galveston staff too not princess staff.
