Paid deposit yesterday, still getting notified courtesy hold will expire tonight...

I also cannot access my reservation on the app. Online, it says I have a courtesy hold still. I paid the deposit yesterday morning. I don't want the system to "bug out" and cancel my reservation. I called and they said they see the reservation but couldn't help me see it on the app. Anyone had this happen?

IF you can't see it on the App and signing out and back in doesn't work, try deleting and downloading it again. I know that sounds absurd, but sometimes that's the only way I get my app to 'refresh'.

So glad the IT group isn't in charge of sailing the ships.
