Why??  The terminal and parking lot is quite large, and the surrounding area is rather bleak. It's LA.  The Uber/Lyft price difference would be negligible for the "walk off".

Curious why you think an Uber would be cheaper off the terminal property? If you are thinking surge pricing, it doesn't matter if you are on or off the terminal property, the price will be the same.
