Chat on Princess website not working

After one hour of waiting on the chat section of the Princess website and being put back in the queue four times I am wondering if many other people have had this happening to them.

That is why it shows wrong forum after it was edited but thanks anyway.

Almost exactly the same thing happened to me a couple of days ago.  Gave up.

I've never had luck with their chat...so I suck it up, brace myself for the horrible calling experience, and then do the dirty deed.  The phone call usually works, but yeah, it's not a quick or pleasant experience.
